hi im 26 weeks pregnant and i have lupus through the last blood exam my billurobin and also sgot and sgpt anzyms go high and the dr increased the prednisolon tablet from one tablet (5 mg) ina day to 4 tablets ut im really itcheing and all my body iinjured hardly. i want to know is this situattion harmful for my baby.pls answer my qustion

what are the levels of sgpt sgot
as the level must be raised thats why your doctor has increased the prednisolone dose
after dose increase i would recommend the repeat testing of serum bilirubin ...sgpt ...agot
