Do Emergency Contraceptive Pills Delay Periods?

Hello....I haven't gotten my period in two months now and took the Emergency Contraceptive Pill just over two months ago and since then I have taken two pregnancy tests one about a month ago which was negative and one about two weeks ago which was also negative. What is going on? Can the EC Pill cause my period to be this late?
