Do Emergency Contraceptive Pills Have An Effect On The Menstrual Pattern?

hi I my date was on 5-10-2015 and I missed my periods I do not have any signs of periods so far. I had unprotected sex with my boy friend on the 24-09-2015 and took emergency contraception on the 26-09-2015, I took pregnancy test on the 4-10-2015 but the test was negative do you think that these emergency pills may effect your monthly cycle date?

Emergency contraception can affect the menstrual cycle, the timing and the intensity of the bleeding.

Pregnancy tests can accurately detect pregnancy by day 11 to 14 after possible conception. You did the test on day 11, you can consider waiting a few days and then repeat.
