Do Eye Drops Cause Bleeding?

I have glaucoma and also Sjorgen s syndrom(very dry) the eye drops that I have been prescribed are causing bleeding but the eye doctor doesnt think that it is the drops and wants me to see an ENT specialist, but the bleeding stops when I stop the drops???? what do you think:? I am 59 years old.
