Thanks for asking HCM.

Dear patient I need your proper history to rule out causes such as age, gender, past medical history if any etc. However, Loss of appetite, tiredness, lack of pleasure, loss of concentration all your symptoms needd urgent medical attention. The possible causes of these symptoms are listed below

1. Nutritional deficiency such as Vitamin B12, calcium, Vitamin D, Hemoglobin deficiency etc.
2. Hormonal imbalance like thyroid dysfunction.
3. Digestive tract alignments.
4.Low metabolism etc.

To rule out causes following investigations are needed.

CBC, ESR, TYROID PANEL, SR.CALCIUM, VITAMIN B12, VITAMIN D3, X RAY CHEST, USG ABDOMEN FULL.

Please get back to me with the reports for further guidance.

Thanks.
