Do Fibroids Cause Delayed Periods?

Hi, I started the nuvaring on June 15 the day tht my cycle was suppose to come..i was suppose to keep it in for 21 days but I took it out a week early..and still no cycle. .i took a home pregnancy text one positive and three negative. .my last dr visit i found out tht i hav fibroids ..would tht hav anything to do 2 it my results??
