Do Headache And A Bump On The Forehead Post Injury Need Medical Attention?
Sunday morning I fell and hit my head on the ground. I have a bruise over the theft eye and a little bruise on the nose. My forehead was a little swollen and there was a little bleeding. I put ice packs on it and the swelling went down. I have slight headache but not a migraine. Saw my Dr yesterday and he thought it was nothing serious because I didn t have any symptoms. I m worried about brain bleed.

Your symptoms seem to be related to trauma due to the fall.
I recommend using anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen.
