Do Heart Palpitations, Lightheadedness And Sweating Suggest Panic Attack?

Recently, I had what I think was a panic attack. Just now, I experienced heart palpitations, lightheadedness, sweating, and a feeling like I was going to die of an unknown illness. Does this sound like a panic attack to you? Or is it something else entirely?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that it is an panic attack though heart related causes should be ruled out.

This means that you should consider an ECG.
Other causes would be anemia and thyroid disease. Blood tests such as a complete blood count and thyroid function tests should be done as well.

I hope this helps
