been having some pain under left breast. kind of sharp and stabbing. notice today while hiking and with high heart rate (about 157 at max) felt like couldnt get full breath on that side and a little dicomfort. been feeling this for about a wk and a half, also notice ive woke up 3x this past wk wt. ih very uncomfortable back pain. i got married 6 months ago in Va where i work full time job in factory (very Physical), now im in Nevada and in new gate community with hardly any activity except hicking once a wk in high elevation and rough rocky almost rock climbing terrine, ive put on 50 lbs in 6 month and cant seem to loss it.
