Do Hypertension Medications Cause Jaw Tightness, Painful Flank And Fatigue?

I have hypertension. I am taking Norvasc and triamterine. I have noticed within the last two weeks right sided flank pain, some jaw tightness on occasion, very tired last couple of days, a creeping sensation on my right ring finger..like a fine hair caught in between the fingers but nothing is there. I am well hydrated. I drink water. My urine is clear, no pain or burning. What is this I am experiencing?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thankyou for asking here.
For flank pain I would suggest get ultrasound abdomen and pelvis done and discuss further to rule out any stone or infection. And what other symptoms you have mentioned can occur due to high blood sugar level and low vitamin B12 level.I would suggest get fasting and random blood sugar level and vit.B12 level first to rule out both.
Hopefully my answer will be helpfull.
Regards.
