Do I Have Any Damage To My Testicle Due To Hernia Surgery?

I had hernia surgery 3 years ago and the surgeon had to go into the scrotum to lift out intestine before putting in the mylar sheath to repare the hernia, the muscle tear, ever since the my right testicle is larger than it was before, could the testicle have been bruised or damaged?

Well come to HCM
In hernia surgery testes are remain intact and question of tear of testes is just out of question and this is not possible, if you have some swollen testes the this could be due to post surgical inflammation and this is nothing to worry because this would come around in few days, hope this information helps, take care.
