Dear madam i can understand your concern
in my opinion the blood sugar measurement after half an hour after food will not give any good information.
ideally you need to measure it after 2 hrs to get some useful information.
next is the good news
your BMI is 23 which is very good and you have very low risk of getting diabetes.
But once your weight increases then your risk for diabetes also increases in a linear fashion.
to keep this diabetes away in your life never put on excess weight.
the maximum weight what you can go is 64 kgs.
cultivate good eating habits and do daily exercise to stay healthy for ever
