Do I Have Hoshimoto Thyroditis?

please tell my position
I was diagnosed 2 months back for tsh which resulted 7.33 uIU/ml..so I used thyronorm (sodium thyroxine) 25 mg every morning..now my t3 is 100 ng/dl..t4 is 11.4 ug/dl..tsh is 3.19 uIU/mil..nd my anti microsomal antibody (ama) is 45 IU/mL..by the following data please tell me my position and do I have hoshimoto thyroditis? please answer

Hi,

1. You are having subclinical hypothyroidism (a mild decrease in thyroid gland function)- TSH borderline elevated with normal T3 and T4. With thyroxine your thyroid function is normal. You can continue with same dose medications

2. Hashimoto's thyroiditis is hypothyroidism with positive anti microsomal antibody. Most labs give values above 35 iu/ml as positive. So you might have Hashimoto's hypothyroidism. Please recheck the normal range of AMA in the lab you have checked.
