Do I Need A Surgery For AS(mild),AR(gr-3) And MR(gr-1)?

Dear sir, it is my pleasure to take advice from you,i am 63 years old and i have been attacked by brain stroke 3 times and heart is enlarging day by day AND report shown mitral valve: MR flow seen, Aortic : AR flow seen, pulmonary valve: normal and tricuspid also seen normal. AS (Mild), AR(Gr 3) and MR(gr-1) this the current situation, please give me advice whether should go for operation or not. Thanks

hello,i have gone through your query.Thanks for using HCM.your MR(gr 1)is mild and will not need replacement.But your AR which is grade three may need replacement in future.Decision of replacing aortic valve with moderate severe regurgitation on symptoms and exactl degree of enlargement of your heart.I need to know your exact dimensions of left ventricle to guide.Ace group of medicine like ramipril will help your heart tolerate AR well and may help tp postpone surgery for quite sometime.
since you had stroke you must be on statin and aspirin.
