Do I Need Antibiotics For Severe Cough And Runny Nose?

Hi I have had influenza type B that turned into bacterial pneumonia. From the blood tests I had mycoplasma and chlamidia. I took antibiotics for one jewel and now smell ammonia in my nose. I have been coughing and having runny nose for almost two months now. Will this sickness go on its own or I need to take the medicine? Can this infection be fatal and spread to my brain? Thank you

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such smell could be likely with the history of bacterial infection and some medicine but this is nothing to worry because this would be fine once you finish the course of medicines, hope this information helps, take care.
