Do I Need To Take A Pregnancy Test As I Have Missed My Periods?

Hi I expect my periods April 29 . Bt till nw I DNt have my period .... And my vagina is dry like I am gng to have my period ..... What do I do ? Do I need to take a pregnancy test I have heard that during pregnancy and in missing periods bcz of pregnancy the vagina won t get dry... I already had a baby. She is of 3 years old .. We r taking protection using condoms .
