Do I Need To Take Chemo For Hysterectomy?

I am 77 and had a very badly botched bilateral mastsectomy. Have had 2 post surgeries to correct the first one. Since I ve had bilateral and hystrectomy. The lymphnodes were clean. Do I need to take chemo and/or an estrogen therapy? I ve been told 2 different versions. Thanks for being here.

Hi and thanks for the query,

Your treating physician will need to ascertain any state of spread, and determine if you need only chemo, only homo or both> Its a step wise process requiring monitoring of clinical outcome, drug tolerance and side effects in order to adjust treatment when appropriate. Your Oncologist is at the centre of the decision making process.
