Do I Still Need The Medication To Relieve Pain?

Hello, I have been taking Nucynta for 2 months now, and it works. I still have a prescription for my old meds that I was taking before, and one of them is Tramadol. Do I still need this medication? The one time I took it last week, I got a severe migraine.

Hi,
If your Nucynta is working then carry on with this. I would not advise taking Tramadol as well because they are both opioid based pain killers and you would risk having side effects.
