Do In Need Treatment Based On Below Urine Analysis?

Hi. My urinalysis are as follows: Mascroscpoic 1.urine color- yellow 2.transparency- SL turbid 3. reaction -6.0 4.specific gravity 1.020 Chemical examination Albumin-negative Sugar-negative Microscopic examination Epithelial cell-moderate Mucus threads- many Rbc-2-4/HPF Wbc-4-6/HPF Bacteria- moderate Crystals- amorphous urates= many What does it mean? Can you help me? Pretty please.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
This is indicated by slightly turbid colour of urine and presence of WBC,RBC,epithelial cells,moderate bacteria,mucus threads etc in urine.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
Ultrasound of abdomen can detect other associated pathology.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
