im 47 yrs old....llast year my period was stop for 2months and after that i have my period after 2months..and that start in every i have my period 2x a month shorter duration ..i consult my doctor about this .i undergo transvaginal but they only saw a thickened endometrium....negative adnexae...i started feeling not well..hot flashes...my moods change...headache...is this a sign of menopausal...

Yes, this could be a sign of pre-menopause and will require a check on your hormone levels. Once a hormone imbalsnce is confirmed, your doctor can advise you hormone replacement therapy which will help suppress your symptoms.
