Do Light Vaginal Bleeding With Cramps Suggest Pregnancy?

Period 3 days late. Then came on with a bright red, kind of light. On and off throughout the day. Negative on test two days ago. Pregnancy symptoms, headache, bloating, back aches, lower adobmen pain/cramps, gas, diarrhea, craving, and fatigue. Can you tell me why I am bleeding lightly ? Am I pregnant ? Need help ASAP !!!!!

Check you Urine Pregnancy Test. have you always had irregular periods??

It could also be your periods
