General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

First of all, I hope your doctor has advised suots of vitamin B12 which can be taken twice daily over the course of a month or 2, and gradually reducing to a shot per day and then checking on your levels once again to see if they are way within the normal range.

Along with this, vitamin d units can also be injected once a week to help normalise that as well. The palpitations are more likely to be associated with the vitamin d deficiency yet I would recommend a correction of both deficiencies and not just one of them.

Best wishes.
