Hello, Rocking movements in the nose may be due to congestion and accumulation of secretions in the sinuses may lead movements while breathing. Avoid cool drinks, freeze water, smoking, and caffeine drinks. Avoid polluted environment, use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day.
