General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having deep injury on her lip with feverish feeling shows that there might be having infection.
In this condition she requires attention and should go to ER.
She might require one or two stitches on lip and a course of antibiotic medicine.
Ok and take care.
