Do Milky Vaginal Discharge, Tender Nipples And Breast Enlargement Indicate Pregnancy?

hi, im 38 years old and i didnt have my period for 6 months now. Recently i have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms such as; Breast engorgement, nipples tender and sores, a milky vaginal discharge, weight gain of 8 pound and vomiting after eating. I did a home test it was negative. Do you think that i may be pregnant or something else, I am so scared?

1. If home pregnancy test was negative it could be PMS symptoms since PMS and pregnancy symptoms are quite similar.
2. so it will be ideal to make an appointment with a gynecologist and get a blood pregnancy test to see if you have any pregnant hormones in your blood stream) since missed period is classical sign of pregnancy only and PMS symptoms ends with period.
