Do Missed Periods, Hunger Pangs And Sensitive Breasts Suggest Pregnancy?

I have been eating like crazy, and have felt like I was going to throw up after I eat somethings, I have been crazy horny, and my breast have been sensitive for the past 2 1/2 weeks and I have missed my period for this month. I tried the home bleach pregnancy test, and bubbled up, frissed, like bubble bath and since I m a truck driver and don t have much time to go to the store and get test, so does this mean I m pregnancy?
