Do Nausea, Stomach Pain And Lightheadedness Indicate Pregnancy?

I'm expecting my period since yesterday. Lately I've been feeling nausea and sharp like pains in my stomach, also every now and then I get light headed. At one point I even got sick and felt like I needed to vomit. What can it be? Do you think I'm pregnant?

It is very difficult to make a guess about pregnancy based on the symptoms you are experiencing. May be also...it cannot be ruled out if you are sexually active.
Once you miss a period, get your urine tested for pregnancy. If it comes positive, after 2 weeks, get a scan done to confirm. That should clear your doubts.
