Do People With Filariasis Need To Avoid Fatty Foods?

Hi doctor i want to know is there a need to completely avoid fat containing foods in filariasis as i saw in some info it was there that nuts are good for thr ones with filariasis but i have seen almost all type of nuts are having fat content in them.so what to do what kind of foods should be eaten with filariasis?
