Do People With Thalassemia Have Auditory Or Visual Hallucinations?

1. Do people with thallassemia ever have symptoms of hallucinations (auditory or visual) or dizziness/disorientation from that disease? 2. Do adults with thallassemia ever get umbilical cord transfusions today, or is it just treated medicinally? I m just writing a script--this is not an emergency.
