Do Persistent Shortness Of Breath And Burning Chest Suggest Esophagitis?
Experiencing shortness of breath and burning down middle of chest....have had this for several months and to date have had.......stress test, EKG, Ultra Sound heart , Angiogram, chest X-ray, pulmonary function test, car scan chest and visit to ENT dr and all tests were normal,,,,.sitting or laying no problem,,,,,acid reflex problem and take two meds for that..... The episodes are strong whereas I have to stop in tracks and wat until it passes. Could these be caused by something on esophagitis ? The only test I haven t had is a scope.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms may be due to GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease), such disease needs to be treated for long time at least for six weeks with the medicines given below
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 30 mg once in day at evening time
