General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms you are describing your boyfriend having boils in the genital area is not a good sign. It may be a sign of STD. He needs to get immediately tested for STD and you should get tested too. Taking prevention medications may help you fight it soon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
