Do Severe Pain, Cramps And Light Bleeding Suggest Miscarriage?

Hi. I suspect I had a misscarriage yesterday. Had no such experience before. I had my last period on 6th of May. Yesterday started light bleeding in the early morning. By the afternoon had severe pain, pressure on womb n anus with cramps. The clot was dark shiny red very long and big in size. I have got a picture of it also

It is possible, based on your description, that this is the case.

It would be best for you to be seen by a doctor. You would need an abdominal pelvic ultrasound to take a look at your uterus. It would be looking for any evidence of conception, also important to make sure there is no retention of products.
Retention can lead to infection of the uterus.
