General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You must have these tests done, ECG, echocardiography, BP check ups, vitamin B12 levels, iron levels. These can help in diagnosis and also blood glucose, thyroid, electrolytes too. Therapy includes these days CBT by psychologist or drugs only prescribed offline OPD basis. I will recommend you to also attend breathing exercises and yoga mediation under guidance.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
