Do Sinus Troubles Cause Difficulty In Swallowing?

I have sinus problems, not infection but pressure. At times it causes a bad headache and makes me lightheaded. Another problem is that it feels like my throat feels like it s closing. When I swallow my saliva it feels like it cant go down. I can breathe fine. Is this normal with sinus problems?

Hello

Sinus problem can lead to post nasal drip and swelling of the lining of the throat , this may be causing that closing feeling. This indicates that your sinus problem is big and needs definite treatment in the form of medications or surgery. Please meet your ent doctor for examination and further advice.

Thanks
