Do Steroids And Stretching Exercises Help In The Treatment Of Frenulum Breve?

Hello sir / madam, I have a problem of frenulum breeve.. I am 23 years old, unmarried. I don t want to go for any surgical treatment. Neither circumcision nor frenuloplasty. I ve read steroid cream may also help.. Please enlighten me how to apply it and also about stretching exercises.. Thank you
