Do Steroids Cause Raised Pulse Rate And Elevated Blood Pressure?

Today, I to family physician for bronchitis and sinus problem. He said that I starting to develop bronchitis. He gave me a steroid injection and a z-pack antibiotic. I have had a raised pulse tonight and slightly elevated blood pressure. Pulse rate is staying around 115 and blood pressure is 151 over 94. Can steroids cause either of these effects? Thanks
