Do Streaky Densities In The Right Lower Lung On An X-ray Report Indicate Pneumonia?

Hi this is the xray result of my 1yr old niece: There are streaky densities in the right lower lung field and in the retrocardiac region No focal consolisation Heart not enlarged Both hemidiaphragm and sulci are intact The visualized osseous structures are unremarkable Impression: pneumonia My question is which findings confirms pneumonia? Is it the streaky densities doc? Thanks much.
