Do Stress And Anxiety Cause Recurring Chest Pain?

I ve had left chest pain everyday over last months. I am currently under much stress throughout working 16 hrs a day Monday through friday and balancing a family with 2 young daughters (under 3). Sometimes pain radiates to center and right side chest. Could this pain just be stress/anxiety induced mixed with inadequate sleep? I don t have time to go to the doctor with my work schedule, 6 am to 10pm. Occasional abdominal pain in the lower left quadrant, upper right quadrant. It s not a severe pain just more like a pressure that doesn t stop until hours pass, could ADD medications cause my abdominal pain?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the functional condition or disorders then it may cause numbers of symptoms and it is like wide gate open as long as the symptoms are concern, and it includes abdomen pain, chest pain and all other pain hope this information helps.
