I WORK IN A CALL CENTER A DAYJOB, AND LOAD OF WORK IS DEFINITELY NOT STRESSFUL SINCE I M IN THE FAX AND MAIL DEPT. I HAVEN T SLEPT WELL FOR THE PAST WEEK OR SO, GETTING USUALLY ONLY 3 HRS OF SLEEP THE MOST. COULD THIS BE THE PROBABLE REASON FOR MY DIZZINESS? BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL AND BP ARE OK.
as atlest minimum of 6 hours sleep is required for a our body to be circadially normal sleeplessness might be the reason for your dizziness if bp and blood sugars are checked and are ok, if your dizziness is associated with particular movements of your head or while getting up from bed then consulting ent specialist would help you out.
