Do Strong Smelling Vaginal Discharge And Abdominal Pain In A 65-year-old Need Immediate Medical Attention?
I am a 65 year old female. I have a strong smelling green colored discharge...I can t tell if it s vaginal or from the urethra. I had a hysterectomy years ago and I also have diverticulitis. I had some sharp pains last night, but I thought that it was gas or maybe I ate something that bothered the diverticulitis. So...I need to know if I should go to urgent care today...Thank-you.

Most probable chances are of vaginitis and pelvic inflammatory disease. A pelvic ultrasound will clinical examination and lab reports will be more helpful.
