Do Sudden Episodes Of Sneezing And Coughing Leading To Left-sided Chest Pain Require Medical Attention?

Im not sure if I need to see a dr. However I was up in New England, Mass. last week and I was sneezing & coughing real bad. I felt something in my left chest and have pain especially when coughing. My question is could I of pulled a muscle or cracked a rib. I know there is nothing they can do about broken ribs. I ve broken 3 before. Should I go to the dr?I
