Do Testosterone Injections Cause Flu Like Symptoms With Headaches And Sore Throat?

I am having testosterone injections, and my first one was three weeks ago. A week after the injection I have come down with flu like symptoms. I had those symptoms for two weeks. Now I have mild headaches of night times, and a really dry sore throat should I be worried about this?
