Do The ETT Results Indicate An Angiogram?

I am 54 years lady, i went for ETT. Total exercise period was 06.24 min. and achived 96% of maximum predicated heart rate with a calculated workload of 7.50 METs. Exercise was terminated due to fatigue and significant ST-T changes.
Exercise ECG:symptomatic ST segment depression noted in leads II, III, aVF, V4-V6.

IMPRESSION:
TMT is positive for ECG evidence of provocable myocardial ischaemia.
Dr. advice me for angiogram. Should I need it?
Thanks & reg.
