Do The Rubella Test Results Indicate Favorable Situation For Getting Pregnant?

Hi, after my wife's first miscarriage (2 moths pregnancy) I was advised to test for Rubella Igg and Rubella Igm etc.and the reading was Rubella Igg antibodies 91 and Rubella Igm 0.13 , CMV Igg 65,CMV antibodies Igm 0.03 . But after one month of taking a Rubella Vaccine(MMR) , at present reading is Rubella Igg 112 ,Rubella Igm 0.15 ,CMV igg 55 and CMV antibodies IGM 0.02.
In this condition , will it be safe to be pregnant ? pls advise.

hello,
No it's not safe to get pregnant now as rubella infection causes serious defects in baby. I would advise you to get treated for rubella and then plan for pregnancy.
