Do The Couple Having Same Blood Group Have Problems In Having Babies In Future ?

hi Docteor, My girl friend & my self are in same blood group B+ , im from sri lanka & our parents checked our horoscope & the are predicting there may be issues with our babies in future. I want to carry out some blood test before marriage. Pls help me to solve my problem, what are test to be done to check we are OK for marrage.
