Do The Floaters Stay In The Eyes Forever?

If it says floaters are nothing to worry about, what will happen to those floaters later on, will they stay in the eyes forever?
I am 65 yrs. old, 5'2", 90 lbs, used to have high blood pressure, still taking high BP medication. Five yrs. ago, floaters start appearing in one of my eyes. I often have headache in the middle of the night which wakes me up. This has been going for 4 months already.

Usually floaters are not related with headache.floaters are more common in case of diabetes or HTN. It may be due to ageing changes.In high myopia etc.

Sometimes there is some relief with topical nevanac eye drops.
