Do The Large And Hard Painful Pimples On Left Arm That Pop White Pus And Blood And Peel Off Signify Cancer ?

Hi I have a couple of very large and hard painful pimples that are growing on my left arm even my under arm every time I pop one it's like it grows somewhere else white puss and blood come out and then the skin around it starts to peel please tell me it's not cancer

The description you have given is very unlikely a cancer.

It seems as if you are having recurrent folliculitis/furuncles that is an infection of hair follicle with/without surrounding skin involvement.

You should visit your doctor so that proper examination can be done and correct advice can be given to you.
