Do Threadworms Cause Smelly, White Discharge?

hi im 24 5ft6in 9.6 and normally healthy. i am 13 wks pregnant n suspect having threadworms which have now caused a vaginal infection i have discharge alot of white around the vaginal area and a disgustin strange smell after intercourse does this sound like i could be right my daughter i noticed some weeks ago had them please help
