Do Two Red Bumps At The Frenulum Of The Tongue While Having Acromegaly And Polycythemia Ruba Vera Need Immediate Treatment?

I have two small tr\red lumps on the underside of my otngue on the frendulum I have acromegaly and polycythemia ruba vera and take hydrea and 100mg aspirin daily, I also noticed that I have as green tongue, I am about to see a dentist in approx. 45 minutes and am wondering if I should mention this
