Do Uterine Fibroid Cause Burning Sensation In The Abdomen?

I was told yesterday by my doctor that my uterus felt enlarged. She asked me if I had ever had fibroids. I have been have a burning feeling in my groin area when I sit for long periods. Could fibroids cause that burning feeling? I have no unusual bleeding or other pain.

Fibroid does not cause a burning sensation in the abdomen.

Consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan.
